Berlin's dedicated shibari studio with four suspension rigs and a rotating roster of international guest instructors. Intensive workshops, open practice sessions, and one-on-one tuition for all skill levels. Founded in 2018 by a collective of Berlin-based riggers, the studio has become a hub for the European rope community. Weekend intensives draw participants from across the continent, and the open practice nights are a relaxed space to drop in, tie, or just watch.

Munich-based shibari and rope bondage studio. Weekly practice slots, beginner courses, and a suspension rig open to advanced ropers by arrangement. Small-group teaching with an emphasis on technique and intention. The studio is run by two teachers with backgrounds in both Japanese-style shibari and Western rope bondage. Beginner courses run as short series rather than one-off classes, which gives students room to build the basics carefully. Open practice is held on alternating weeks, and the suspension rig is available to advanced ropers who have completed the studio's safety check. German and English spoken.

The studio operates as a community space first, a teaching studio second. Founded by a small group of Hamburg ropers in 2021, the studio leans toward peer learning rather than top-down instruction. The biweekly jam is the heart of the space — practitioners of all levels tie alongside each other, ask questions, and trade techniques. Workshops are scheduled around guest instructors visiting the northern German circuit. The space is welcoming to all gender identities and orientations. German and English spoken.
